You can help Beacon raise funds without any extra effort or expense! Through eScrip, OneCause.com, and other direct merchant programs, participating business partners contribute a percentage of your purchases to the school. Extended family and friends can sign up for these programs too!

eScrip

Register your credit, debit, ATM, and Safeway Club cards with eScrip. More than 800 national, regional, and local merchants donate a percentage of purchases to Beacon whenever you use your registered cards. Simple online registration/reactivation once per year; then just shop with your cards as you normally do. Group name: Beacon Day School; Group ID #: 129301241

Book Fairs

Books Inc. hosts a book fair for Beacon on a designated night and time. A percentage of purchases will benefit Beacon. Spring and winter events. Dates to be announced. Organized by the Beacon Family Association.

Boxtops for Education

Clip and submit box tops from hundreds of participating General Mills products. Collection boxes located throughout the school. Beacon receives $0.10 per box top. Ongoing.

Common Kindness

Get printable coupons for grocery store items. Sign up and select Beacon Day School as your favorite nonprofit.

Choice Lunch

Beacon automatically receives $0.40 per lunch ordered through the hot lunch program. Ongoing.

Economomz

Daily deals site geared toward family-friend activities. Founded and owned by Beacon parents Damon Miller and Linda Dorsey-Miller. Visit www.economomzdeals.com for the latest deal and upon checkout, designate Beacon to receive 5% of your purchase.

E-Recycling

Beacon hosts an e-waste collection event(s). Beacon will receive proceeds for your unwanted electronics. Spring event.

Drop off used printer cartridges for Beacon to recycle and receive proceeds. Onoging.

GoodSearch / GoodShop

Beacon earns money each time you search online using GoodSearch or the GoodSearch toolbar. Select Beacon Day School as your cause and create an account to track how much you've raised.

Shop through GoodShop to get coupons and discounts for participating retailers from Amazon to Best Buy.  Beacon receives a proceeds from your purchases.

Lucky, FoodMaxx, SaveMart

Shop at Lucky, FoodMaxx, and/or SaveMart supermarkets and present your S.H.A.R.E.S. card at checkout. Beacon receives up to 3% of qualified purchases. Cards are available from the Beacon front desk and are ready to use right away; no activation required.

OneCause

Shop online at OneCause.com and participating merchants donate a percentage of purchases to Beacon. The OneCause toolbar can be installed in your web browser so you can shop online as you normally do. Participating merchants are well-known favorites.

Raley’s, Bel Air, Nob Hill

Present the Raley’s Quality of Life Card to the cashier when shopping at Raley’s, Nob Hill, and/or Bel Air. Beacon will receive up to 4% of purchases. Cards are available from the Beacon front desk; simple one-time activation online.

• 1% on monthly purchases up to $300
• 2% on monthly purchases between $300 to $500
• 3% on monthly purchases between $500 to $600
• 4% on monthly purchases more than $600

Target

Designate Beacon to receive 1% of purchases when you use your Target credit card or business card at any Target store or Target.com. Additionally, Beacon receives 0.5% of purchases made with a Target Visa Credit Card wherever Visa is accepted.
